I haved cook sushi ...it is a japanese traditional food .
colour : it is green but the rice is in white.
taste: it is ,a bit nice..... but is is ugly .
method of roling:first take the sushi roller and than put the seeweed on top of the sushi roller. second, put the rice on top of the seeweed lastly put the cucumber and put anything u want... but it is very hard to roll and the sushi is very ugly .... and i saw it is very funny and ugly.... but i dont mind that the sushi is ugly ..... but i happy to make a sushi ......... never give up , try your best and one day u will be sucess!!!

Take a Teflon pan add some oil, heat it up. Cut the salmon into pieces of half an inch wide, some stores sell salmon pre-cut. Then take a raw salmon or trout and fry it on hot pan. Don’t add any ingredients, just simply esn't stick together.
It is very nice thing ~I like^.^

Product and Presentation
Taste : The prawn is not so spicy and the taste is quite nice . It have a little bit sour taste
because I have put squeze some lime juice in it
Favour: It have a little bit sour taste and spicy taste .
Colour: It have green , red and white colour
Presentation: The prawn was served on the white plate.
Organisation and Management
I think the prawn I cook is average. I think it have all the taste on it .

Products & Presentation...
I think the taste is quite delicious,the colour of ingrediants that I used in the cooking is really bright as the colours are orange,red and other bright colours. and the flavour of the food is very nice as I used a lot of different ingrediants.As for the food presentation,I put all the vegetables on top of the Udon Noodles to make it look nicer.
Organisation & Management...
As for the organisation and management,I finish cooking before the limited time given.I cut the ingrediants and boil the soup and noodles carefully.I was a little nervous before I started cooking but I began to lose that feeling when I was cooking.Overall,I had a lot of fun cooking.

I think the taste of my cooking is bland because my food had no taste at all. for my flavour btw der is no flavour in it at all. Even though my food colour is dark der is no taste at all.
As for my presentation, I think it is okay just nice for the test.
