I have cooked Miso Soup...It is a Japanese Traditional Food.Its colour is light brown...It tasts like a bit salty.but it was good,delicious.This was my first time cooking a Japanese food and try it myself.It was an wonderful experince cooking...When i step into the kitchen i felt nervous.When i place the Miso Paste on the Sauce Pan,the colour was like light coloured mud.I presented it with a bowl.But im still happy for what i have done.So how is this?????
